RAPID Automated Systems is most known for our Transplanters. We've been selling them since 1994, and are currently the only company manufacturing automated transplanters in the USA.

Rapid Transplanters have been in use for over 15 years now and have proven to be reliable, simple and productive! Our Series 2 gripper design has proven to be the single biggest advancement since we started. These transplanters do a great job on a wide range of varieties; even on things like begonias, snap dragons, marigolds, pansies, vegetables, petunias, dusty millers, etc. Our customers have commented on how well their Series 2 transplanter consistently plants just about anything they throw at it. Rapid Transplanters are also know industry wide for being simple to operate, easy to maintain, and backed by a company who strives to provide you with friendly, helpful support personnel.
All the transplanters below handle the plug the same way. The differences are in the size and type of container that can be planted into and the layout of the machine. We have a model to suit your needs.
The Series 2+ (plus) transplanters include everything the standard Series 2 transplanters offer and add the capability to handle plug sizes 512 up to 72*; and the ability to transplant pots in a shuttle tray. This machine is also wide enough to handle the 17" square flat popular on the West Coast.
On a budget? - We provide location and refurbishing services for used transplanters too!
